The Institute for Youth Leadership develops and produces programs for children, teens and young adults. They were created in response to the requests of parents who had experienced the Insight Seminars programs and wanted their children to have the extra edge they felt Insight provided. These programs were also a response to the children of Insight graduates who saw the positive changes in their parents and wanted to experience what produced them.
All Insight programs are designed to support youth in connecting or re-connecting with their humanity and developing heart-based leadership skills. Each seminar addresses specific issues young people encounter at each stage of development. Results have ranged from gratifying to nothing short of phenomenal.
