Welcome to the Insight Boston Community! We held our first seminar in 1979 and have been moving forward ever since!
We are a volunteer community comprised of people of all ages and backgrounds, connected by our enthusiasm for the Insight work, our desire to expand our own self-awareness, and our commitment to make a difference by creating a more loving and compassionate world.
We offer Insight I and Insight II seminars in the greater Boston area annually. Our intention is to add an Insight III or Teen seminar every few years based on community interest and support.
We also offer weekly zoom calls and bi-monthly zoom workshops to introduce and review key Insight lessons. We hold social gatherings such as summer picnics, hikes, dances or dinners. And we have a robust team of volunteers and assistants that allow for these events to happen.
We welcome and encourage your involvement. If you have questions, want to get involved or receive updates, email firstname.lastname@example.org. (Ask to be put on the *BOSTON* mailing list.) You will meet wonderful people, have a great time and connect with your own heart.

Zoom calls are a powerful and fun way to connect with our Insight Boston community whether you want to stay in touch or get to know us. The following events are designed with the amazing heartfelt magic of Insight. Please come and share with others!
Mike Connor, one of our Master Facilitators, has created 100 videos with some of the tips and tools presented in the Insight I seminar. Each week, we review two of these videos and share our thoughts about how we can use them in our daily lives for our growth, upliftment and learning.
Learn more about yourself through confidential, open-hearted sharing. Come to just to listen in or share your voice in this loving community.
These workshops are led by Insight leaders and facilitators. They offer a taste of all the things you love and expect from an Insight Seminar. Each event focuses on a specific topic and includes an educational piece, breakout rooms with specific questions for your deeper understanding of self, and guided meditations (or closed eye processes). You might just fall in love with a stranger or make a new friend in these events designed to take you right to the heart of the matter!
Come as often as you’d like!

Weingast-Nieratko Handelman Fund
We set up our Pay-it-Forward Tuition Assistance Fund in Honor of Laura Weingast Nieratko, longtime Insight Boston community member and supporter. The fund was renamed to also honor a cherished community member and leader of Insight Boston, Jacob Handelman. The fund provides tuition assistance to members of the Insight Boston community who would not be able to fully pay for a seminar on their own.
To request tuition assistance for a seminar, email email@example.com with the following information:
Help us ensure the benefits of Insight stay available to all.
Join the Insight Boston Team of Volunteers!
We are a small Leadership Team and to make seminars and other events happen, we need volunteers who want to step into their heart space and be of service both in and out of the seminar room. Volunteering with Insight offers the opportunity for expansion and heart-centered connection.
