Teen Leadership: Leading from the Heart
Teen Leadership, held in retreat for teens 14–19, gives them an opportunity to stretch into becoming more authentic, heart-centered leaders.
Over 4 days, the teens will have an opportunity to look at:

Becoming confident, heart-centered leaders

Expressing authentically from their heart

Expanding their toolbox of Insight skills

Stepping up as responsible, courageous young adults

Developing their own personal leadership style

Stretching beyond their comfort zones

Committing to a group leadership project to apply what they’ve learned

What to Expect:
The Teen Leadership Seminar is a fun, four-day Insight Seminar held in retreat, surrounded by the beauty of nature. This Seminar is designed to support teens ages 14-19 in their expansion as leaders, tapping into the skills they learned in the Teen I, II, and III Seminars.
The teens are given a variety of engaging activities and coaching to encourage them in shaping their own personal leadership style.
