Teen Insight III: Living Peacefully in the Power of Your Heart

Teen Insight III is about centering in the heart, in a sweet and gentle retreat setting. For many teens 14–18, it is a rare opportunity to completely unplug, go within, and connect with their true nature.

Over 5 days, the teens will have an opportunity to look at:

• Turning off the distractions of the world that compete for their attention and energy

• Observing challenging situations neutrally

• Learning how to respond rather than react

• Becoming aware of negative distractions and influences in their life

• Learning how to trust their inner guidance and intuition

• Recognizing when they are judging and experiencing the power of forgiveness

• Seeing challenging situations with greater clarity

• Expressing with more compassion, acceptance, and authenticity

What to Expect:

Insight III is an introspective journey into centering more fully in their heart.

In a beautiful retreat setting, unplugged from the world and free from day-to-day distractions, they’ll have the opportunity to explore more of their loving heart and authentic self. It’s an opportunity to affirm the foundation they’ve built in the first two seminars and more fully embrace the person they want to become.
