THE PATH TO INSIGHT IS A JOURNEY.
The Path of Insight is a journey to bring kids from 6–19 more fully into their authentic self and loving heart. Modeled after the same principles and themes as the Adult Seminars, our Youth Seminars are specially designed to keep their attention engaged in a fun, interactive, and safe environment. For all of our Youth Seminars, we ask for parent/guardian consent, to ensure the parents support the decision to attend.

Youth Seminar Offerings
Teen Insight I: Awakening the Power of Your Heart
Teen Insight I supports teens 14–18 in building a foundation for awakening their heart, becoming more confident and trusting, and discovering what will support them in creating a life they love.
Length: 3.5 days
Prerequisite: None
Insight II: Committing to the Power of Your Heart
In a safe and supportive environment, Teen Insight II creates a space for teens 14–18 to let go of what’s not working in their lives, learn to make new and better choices, and open their hearts to the magnificence of who they truly are.
Length: 5 days
Prerequisite: Teen Insight I
Insight III: Living Peacefully in the Power of Your Heart
Insight III is about centering in the heart, in a sweet and gentle retreat setting. For many teens 14–18, it is a rare opportunity to completely unplug, go within, and connect with their true nature.
Length: 5 days in retreat
Prerequisites: Teen Insight I and II
More Youth Insight
Children’s Insight
Children’s Insight is a playful Insight Seminar for ages 6-10. It explores the Insight themes in a way that kids can easily relate to, through games, demonstrations, and activities.
Length: 2 Days
Prerequisite: None
Teen Advantage
In a fun and engaging format, the Teen Advantage equips 11-13 year olds with Insight tools for making good choices, dealing with peer pressure, and creating a great support network as they approach the challenging teen years.
Length: 2.5 Days
Prerequisites: None
Teen Leadership: Leading from the Heart
Teen Leadership, held in retreat for teens 14–19, gives them an opportunity to stretch into becoming more authentic, heart-centered leaders.
Length: 4 Day Retreat
Prerequisites: Teen Insight I, II, and III
