There was a situation where I felt a clear pull to do something, even though I couldn’t fully explain why.
It didn’t make complete sense. There wasn’t a logical reason behind it, and part of me wanted to wait until I had more clarity before taking action.
Using the tools, I noticed that hesitation.
I could see how much I wanted certainty before moving forward. I wanted proof that it would work out, that it was the “right” decision, that I wouldn’t regret it.
When I stayed present with that, I realized that what I was actually being invited into was trust.
Not trust based on guarantees, but trust in myself.
I didn’t have all the answers, but I had a sense of knowing that felt steady and grounded. It wasn’t urgent or emotional. It was simple.
So I followed it.
What surprised me wasn’t just the outcome, but how I felt in the process. There was a sense of calm and alignment that I don’t usually experience when I’m trying to figure everything out first.
What I’m seeing now is that my inner knowing doesn’t always come with proof. It doesn’t always explain itself.
But when I use the tools to become aware of what’s happening inside of me, I can recognize it more clearly.
And the more I act from that place, the more I trust it.
